1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Limitation of Liability

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Consumer Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160 as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
